HOW TO PREPARE FOR AN ARTISTIC PHOTO SESSION?

Here is the step-by-step guide to the session. We are not talking about typical traditional photo sessions, here we aim to create magic through a story reflected in images. That’s why we start working from the first contact until the final delivery of the files.

1.THE FIRST CONTACT

This first step is important because the photography sessions are 100% personalized. In the first contact, Júlia herself will provide you with all the information based on your needs, helping you choose the best option among all possibilities. You will talk about the tastes and personality of the child. In this call (with no commitment on your part), you will receive all the details so that you can decide CALMLY.

2.RESERVATION FORMALIZED

You will receive by email the prices of the packs with different themes, quantity of photos and all the details. To formalize the reservation, a payment of 25% of the total amount of your session is required, and Julia will reserve the agreed date and time. This amount will be deducted from the total amount, which will be paid on the day of the photoshoot.

3.THE SESSION

Before that moment, you will have received the latest advice so that on the day of the photoshoot, you can come relaxed. We know how to make the protagonist feel at ease and excited to have a good time. That shows in the final result: photos where your child looks amazing.

4.PHOTO SELECTION

A couple of days after the session, you will have online access to the photo gallery so you can choose which ones you want. From there, Julia needs a maximum of 10 working days to retouch them and work her magic.

5.PHOTO DELIVERY

In high-resolution digital format, without watermarks, downloadable from any browser. So you can use them as you wish. We will offer you the opportunity to print them in a handmade artisan album, with 100% cotton paper and inks that withstand the test of time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The first step is to have an initial conversation (with no commitment), in which provide information and preferences about the protagonist to define the style of the photographs. Additionally, you will receive via email all the information about Julia’s work and the budget of the available packs. Then, you can decide if it suits you. When you decide to work with JuliaArtPhotography and to ensure that you don’t miss a spot, we will request a 25% deposit of the total amount of your session as a reservation fee.

Those 4 days are the ones that Julia and her team will be in Dubai. However, you can sign up for the waiting list so that we can notify you in the future when there are new sessions in the United Arab Emirates.

The sooner you secure your reservation, the better. Keep in mind that in 4 days there is only time to do 10 sessions, so if you wait, you could be left without a spot.

It’s important to know that we don’t make paper copies of the photos. They are delivered in high-quality digital format without watermarks. If you want to use them to frame or print an album, you need to provide the files to the copy shop or printer. What we do offer on the day of the session is the possibility to order a handcrafted photo album with 100% cotton paper. As delicate and special as the photos we’ll take of your child. If you like the sample, we’ll take your order and send it to your home.

Obviously, the protagonist needs to come, with the clothing you choose. The rest of the props are our responsibility. A few days before the session, you will receive all the information with basic recommendations by email. But the most important thing is that you come with a willingness to enjoy.

Change of date due to force majeure! Don’t worry, we will look for a new date that suits us all within the period of our visit or on future dates. We will contact you by phone to coordinate agendas.

On the day of the photo session, you can pay the remaining balance in cash. The 25% you have already paid for the reservation will be deducted.

In each session, we look for the comfort of the protagonist, encouraging them to leave behind their nerves and enjoy the experience. The more fun they have, the greater the complicity, and the better we can capture their essence.

  • You can select your favorite photos through a web gallery from the comfort of your home.
  • Delivery of the final photos within a maximum of 10 business days after the session.
  • We offer advice and support from the moment of booking, during the session, and in the final selection process.
  • The necessary decorative elements and props are included.
  • Makeup and hair styling are not included, but we will help you choose the most suitable outfit and hairstyle for the story we agree to create.
